Technology
Ryan graduated for Chico State with a Finance degree in Business Administration. Prior to real estate Ryan was in web technology. He built and designed web based systems for many real estate agents. Ryan has lectured on marketing in China and has contacts around the globe. He also studied in Japan and is very familiar with worldwide customs, languages and business environments. Ryan has also provided website and e-commerce solutions to many businesses and individuals. While working for the nation's fourth largest bank, he has trained and coached numerous employees on sales and customer-service related objectives. He was designated as one of the top ten salesmen in Northern California. Ryan specializes in business development, internet strategy and technology integration. Along with other industry professionals, Ryan joined Netguava Web Development and launched Sharp Virtual Tours.

Property Management
Before real estate sales Ryan managed 38 units in central chico, for several years. He was in charge or leasing, turn overs and rent collection. Real Estate Sales
In 2005 Ryan joined a local real estate company, and his career took off from there. He uses his background in technology to revolutionize the way real estate is sold in Chico. Ryan's real estate team is considered as one of the most progressive and innovative groups in the area. Today Ryan heads a small team of agents in Chico. Together with business training, technology background and innovation, Ryan's team is able to provide high quality service to all our customers. We sell an average of 5-10 times more homes per year than the average Chico agent.

In 2006 Ryan joined Keller Williams, as one of the first few agents in Chico. With the systems and ideas available at Keller Williams, Ryan quickly becamen a top producer in 2007, and intends to continue to help families with their real estate needs in the Chico area.

Personal
Ryan has a lovely wife, Jennifer Vaught, and they enjoy cooking and traveling. We are members of Bidwell Presbyterian Church, and enjoy bowling and tennis in our free time. Ryan speaks Japanese, and has traveled to Japan and China on several occasions for business and pleasure.
